Thank you for your interest in vending at Card Mania!
Card Mania’s first event welcomed nearly 3,000 attendees, 115 vendor tables, and saw collectors begin lining up at midnight before the doors opened. The VIP line wrapped around the building and into downtown Wenatchee, creating one of the largest hobby events in the region.
What Can Be Sold
Card Mania is focused on trading cards, games, and collectibles, including:
• Sports Cards
• Pokémon, Magic, One Piece, and other TCG products
• Singles, slabs, sealed products, and wax
• Card supplies and hobby accessories
• Collectibles, artwork, and hobby-related merchandise
Items outside the hobby space may not be approved. If you’re unsure, please reach out before applying.
Community First
Card Mania is a family-friendly event built to connect collectors of all ages. We ask vendors to create a welcoming experience and contribute positively to the hobby community.
Tables focused solely on buying collections without offering products or services may not be approved.
How to Reserve Your Table
View the event map below and click any available table to add it to your cart. You may select multiple tables before completing checkout.
Submitting payment does not guarantee table placement. All vendor applications are reviewed before approval. Once your application has been approved, you will receive confirmation that your table(s) are officially reserved.
If your application is not approved, your payment will be refunded.
